At Arctic Leopard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
