Prickly Stem Lock

Our Prickly Stem Lock Kit replaces scrawny star nuts, mismatched spacers, and wobbly top caps with one solid precision-machined unit. Featuring integrated spacers, formed threaded base, and paired with grade 12.9 hardware. Reliable, long-lasting performance and the ability to remove for proper bike maintenance. 

 

• Allows proper torque to be applied and kept on headset bearings 

• Required for direct mount stems

• Head trimming stencil tool included

• Grade 12.9 zinc plated hardware included 

• Fits majority of bike forks and models LBX, ERide, MX3/4/5

• Extended base reduces length of bolt increasing strength

• Eliminates the need for mix matched headset spacers

• Does not include fender mounting

 

Please note for complete installation of stem lock you will need installed and in place: headset bearings, suspension forks, triple clamps, and direct mount stem.
